 STARTING A NEW SPORT:
Anyone interested in starting a new sport at their school must submit a letter to either the athletic liaison or the principal of their school. The letter should include the new sport, the level of play, a signed petition of the students that are interested in the sport, and the reason(s) why the school should consider adding this sport to the current sports they offer at the school.

Rule 53 Waiver Approved
Rule 53 Waiver Approved by the District E Committee
Worcester Public School students in grade 8 are now allowed to participate in freshman and JV sports and in varsity sports where a sub varsity program doesn’t exist. However, this will not be allowed if the team is a cooperative one. (6/29/10)
